West Lothian - joining up public services
The FAQ page has been updated.
Familiarisation Visits: Staff who have booked on a Familiarisation Visit to the Civic Centre, have now been allocated visit times during the week commencing 27 July. To check your visit time and group number, please click here to open the visit schedule. If you have booked and your name is not included, please email fiona.duffy@westlothian.gov.uk
Visits will take approximately one hour and will start promptly at 5.30pm or 6.30pm. Attendees are asked to meet in the reception area of the Civic Centre 15 minutes prior to the visit starting (5.15pm or 6.15pm). Light refreshments will be available.
Move champions: The first meeting of Civic Centre 'move champions' was held on 1 May. Your move champion is the key contact person within your service area. The aim is to facilitate your service area's move to the Civic Centre or another location. Your move champion will gather information on local requirements for use by the project team to ensure a successful move; and keep you informed of progress during the move process. The move champion will also alert the project team of any issues or changes to requirements as they arise. The presentations from the event have been added to the latest news page.
Please take the time to read everything and check here for updates. If you have a question about the move, or you would like more information, please use the 'contact us' button.
If you use your mouse to hover over the picture you will be able to access the webcam and the virtual fly-throughs.
